For 30 days from the date of receipt of an OdorFree generator the buyer may return the unit for any reason. Simply contact Customer Service at 800-558-6723 for an authorization number. Return the unit in the original packaging and a full refund will be issued.

 

 

5 Year Warranty

For 5 years from the date of purchase by the original owner, SD International will replace any defective part due to manufacturing defect at no charge. The customer is responsible for labor charges and for safely shipping the unit to the Service Center.

For the first 90 days from original date of purchase, SD International will replace or repair the product without charge to the customer should the unit prove to have a manufacturing defect. Simply call 850-893-9200 for authorization and UPS will pick up the unit at no charge to the customer.

 

Replacement Parts

 

The ceramic plates should be cleaned every 3 or 4 months and last 2 to 3 years with normal use. Click on Operating Instructions for directions on cleaning the plates.

 

The optional filter on the back helps to keep the plates clean.

Service

 

If you suspect the unit is not functioning properly, check the following:

 

• Ceramic plates are clean and dry.

 

• Unit is plugged in properly.

 

• Wall outlet is active.

 

• Fuse is installed properly and in good condition.

 

Caution: No attempt should be made to remove a panel of the cabinet, as there are no user serviceable parts. Opening the unit will void all warranties.

 

If no buzzing sound is detected when turning the Ozone Output dial to the High position, be sure to clean plates before contacting the Service Center.
