5 Year Warranty

For 5 years from the date of purchase by the original owner, SD International will replace any defective part due to a manufacturing defect at no charge. The customer is responsible for packaging the product safely and shipping it to our Service Center. The unit is then repaired and shipped back to the customer at no charge.

For the first 90 days from original date of purchase, SD International will replace or repair the product without charge to the customer should the unit prove to have a manufacturing defect or shipping damage. All Ozone Generators

Every space with odors tends to be somewhat unique. The source of the odor, as well as how deeply embedded it has become, is just as important as the actual size of the space. Some areas can be treated in a short period of time, whereas other areas of the same size will take longer.

The Odor-Free models are versatile in that running a model with less ozone output for a longer period of time will eventually take care of most odors. However, a higher output ozone generator will always complete the job more quickly.

OdorFree Autel 1000

The Autel 1000 is designed for smaller spaces such as automobiles, hotel rooms and other spaces that can be treated in a short period of time. This model has variable ozone-output control and a 60-Minute Timer that turns off automatically when the treatment is completed. For deeply entrenched odors, there is also a “Hold” setting for an extended treatment until the machine is turned off manually. The typical automobile or hotel room with light odors can normally be treated in 15-30 minutes.
